Certification

Eligibility

It is recommended (but not mandatory) that Lean Six Sigma training is obtained through a qualified institution such as EdHut. It is also recommended (although not mandatory) that those sitting for the exam have some degree of real-world Lean Six Sigma work experience and project application experience.

In order to get the professional designation of IASSC Certified Green Belt (ICGB) from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, candidates must pass the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam.
There are no prerequisites required in order to sit for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam.

Process:

  • The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) Exam is a 3 hour 100 question,
  • Closed book, proctored exam.
  • The Exam contains approximately 20 multiple-choice questions from each major section of the ILSSBOK for Green Belts.
  • EdHutt will book the exam for you, or will send you an Exam voucher. Certification Exam fees are included in the course fees.
  • In order to achieve the professional designation of IASSC Certified Green Belt (ICYB) from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification candidates must achieve a minimum score of 385 points out of a total 500 points.
